A name or place entered in a search tool is sent to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. Roberts County Criminal History does not keep a separate log of those search terms.

Its content identifies official routes through the Roberts County Sheriff, the county courts, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into a third-party dossier or consumer report, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the site's search boxes. Their privacy terms apply to information entered in those tools, and each company chooses its own retention and disclosure practices. Review the provider's policy before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to official sheriff, court, Texas agency, legal-aid, or outside search websites. Once a visitor follows one, the destination's privacy policy governs the visit. Check those terms before providing personal details.
